45-Days Return Window
We want you to love your new jeans. If they're not perfect, you have 45 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please email us at info@solexee.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and simple instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@solexee.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is approved and accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Our policy is 45 days which will automatically adjust the minimum criteria of EU cooling off period. Please don't hesitate to contact us for refunds and returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
